GETTING TO OUR OFFICE:
Our office is next to the Steinway Piano Building (large Steinway Piano sign).
Bartevian Gifts (think Eastern European items) is on the first floor of 160
Boylston Street. Ring the 3rd floor Copley Wolff buzzer located to the right
of the door and someone will buzz you in. Elevator is located at the back
of the hallway, take to 3rd floor.
Red Line
- Red Line to Park Street Station station
- Change at Park Street Station to Green Line (any letter Outbound Green Line train)
- Take Green Line one stop (any letter outbound Green Line train) to Boylston Street Station When exiting station go straight ahead, crossing over Boylston Street
- Dunkin Donuts is on the corner to which you want to cross
- Take a right at Dunkin Donuts and go one block to 160 Boylston Street
Green Line
- Green Line (any letter Inbound Green Line train) to Boylston Street Station stop
- When exiting station go straight ahead, crossing over Boylston Street
- Dunkin Donuts is on the corner to which you want to cross
- Take a right at Dunkin Donuts and go one block to 160 Boylston Street
Orange Line
- Orange Line to Chinatown Station
- When exiting station, take Boylston Street past the China Trade Center (on the left)
and Millenium Towers (on the right)
- Continue up Boylston Street crossing Tremont Street (past Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts both on your left) until you come to 160 Boylston Street
Blue Line
- Take Blue Line to Government Center stop
- Change at Government Center stop to Green Line (any letter Inbound Green Line train) to Boylston Street Station stop
- When exiting station go straight ahead, crossing over Boylston Street
- Dunkin Donuts is on the corner to which you want to cross
- Take a right at Dunkin Donuts and go one block to 160 Boylston Street
From Logan Airport:
- Exit airport following signs to Route 1/Boston to Sumner Tunnel (Toll $2.00 for cars)
- When entering tunnel stay in the right hand lane
- When exiting tunnel, bear to the right and stay on the surface streets
- After one block turn left under I-93 expressway
- Follow the signs to I-93 South
- Take another left and go up ramp up to I-93 South
- Take I-93 South to the Chinatown exit
- Exit I-93 and, reentering surface streets, go straight through four traffic lights (about ½ mile)
- If you have made it this far, you'll pass the edge of Chinatown on your right
- At the fourth traffic light, DO NOT GET BACK ON I-93 OR THE MASS PIKE!
- Make a right on to Kneeland Street
- Kneeland becomes Stuart Street. Stuart Street becomes Eliot Street.
- Do not become confused - Kneeland/Stuart/Eliot are the same street
- Just continue straight
- Ten intersections later (about ¾ mile) you will cross Tremont Street
- If you have gotten this far, you're doing OK
- On your right is a large "modern" brick building
- Continue straight for one more block past Tremont Street
- Take a right onto Charles Street at Park Square
- Continue one block and turn right onto Boylston Street
- One half block on right is 160 Boylston Street
From Boston North/Cambridge:
- I-93 South to Storrow Drive
- Once on Storrow Drive, take the middle or right lane as there is a left exit to Beacon Hill
- Do not take this first exit
- When you pass that first left exit then move to the left lane
- After one set a switchback curves, (about ½ mile)
- Exit left at Downtown/Back Bay exit (This is just past the pink overhead pedestrian bridge known as the Feidler Bridge.)
- At the lights, bear to the left across Beacon Street and make a quick, hard right onto Arlington Street (Boston Public Garden on your left)
- Take Arlington Street one long block to your first left onto Boylston Street
- Make a wide left onto Boylston
- You want to be on the far side of the brick medium strip along the building side
- Continue two blocks crossing Tremont Street
- 160 Boylston Street is on your left
From Boston South:
- Take I-93 North to the Chinatown/Kneeland Street exit
- The exit splits to either Downtown or I-90 (Mass Pike - toll road)
- Take the Downtown exit and make a left on Kneeland Street
- Kneeland becomes Stuart Street. Stuart Street becomes Eliot Street.
- Do not become confused - Kneeland/Stuart/Eliot are the same street
Just continue straight
- Ten intersections later (about ¾ mile) you will cross Tremont Street
- If you have gotten this far, you're doing OK!
- On your right is a large "modern" brick building
- Continue straight for one more block past Tremont Street
- Take a right onto Charles Street at Park Square
- Continue one block and turn right onto Boylston Street
- One half block on right is 160 Boylston Street
From Boston West:
- I-90 East/ MassPike (toll road) towards Boston
- Take the exit towards Prudential Center/Copley Square
- Keep right at the fork in the underground ramp
- When exiting the ramp and coming above ground move over to the far left lane
- Take your first left onto Dartmouth Street
(Boston Public Library will be on your Left and Copley Square on your right)
- Travel two blocks and turn right onto Boylston Street
(Trinity Church will be on your left)
- Straight on Boylston to 160 Boylston
(you will pass the Boston Public Garden on your left)
Parking:
There is metered parking on Boylston and Charles Streets around the Boston Public Garden. However, it is rare to find a metered spot here after 8 AM and many have time restrictions. Read the meter carefully.
Parking garages are available but with limited capacity (approximately $14 for 3 hours or more).
Transportation Building Garage: underground, entrance on Charles Street, open 6am until 2am
Boston Common Garage: underground, entrance on Charles Street between Boylston and Beacon Streets
Park Square Garage: above-ground parking. Entrance on Stuart Street.
