Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Client: Solomon Cordwell Buenz

The site of the old Boston Garden will soon be a new mixed-use community including residences, offices, retail space, restaurants, a hotel, and outdoor green space. Copley Wolff Design Group’s scope of work for one of the residential towers includes the design and documentation of three outdoor amenity spaces. Level four consists of a dog park and gathering space for pet owners. The main residential outdoor amenity space is located on level 15 and consists of a large open lawn, a pergola with an outdoor kitchen and dining space, two semi-private kitchen and dining spaces, and an informal gathering area. An outdoor swimming pool deck , located on the 38th floor, contains seating and lounging areas as well as two semi private cabana spaces at each end of the pool.
