The proposed Ink Block building redevelopment will house residential units, commercial space, outdoor spaces, and parking. It will transform the industrial property into a mixed-use complex that will incorporate public gardens, outdoor seating, and other amenities. CWDG is designing the entire site’s streetscape, the new plaza, and the project’s roof deck which includes a swimming pool.
