UMass Boston is developing the University’s first housing to be offered to students on the Columbia Point campus. The new residential complex consists of two buildings and will accommodate up to 1,000 students. Located on the northwest corner of the campus, the complex will act as a gateway to the University.

Copley Wolff Design Group’s site design incorporates a major pedestrian corridor and gathering space to serve both residence halls and a large café and student market. The scope includes colored concrete plazas at each entry, café seating, and a series of curved seatwalls to provide seating as well as retain planted landscape mounds. A new quad will provide flexible green space for students.
