The new mixed-use complex will be comprised of a hotel, labs, offices, residential units, restaurants, and retail spaces. Assembly Innovation Park will be a gateway to the adjacent Assembly Square developments and offer residents and office tenants accessibility via the highway and the MBTA’s Orange line station.
Copley Wolff Design Group collaborated with the design team and the City of Somerville on the Planned Use Development (PUD) Master Plan that established guidelines for pedestrian-focused streetscapes, a unique shared-use festival street and a one-acre open green space located at the center of the development.
