Client: Finegold Alexander + Associates
This 14-acre site is part of a large religious “campus” consisting of several houses of worship referred to as the “Tri-Faith.” The Tri-Faith Initiative, a partnership of three faith groups – Judaism, Christianity, and Islam – worked together to build a joint campus with a mosque, a temple, a church, and a shared facility for education and events.
In addition to the firm’s involvement in siting the building, Copley Wolff Design Group designed the main entry plaza as well as an outdoor amphitheater, a sacred grove for reflection and meditation, and a playground. The garden functions as an outdoor gallery complete with art and donated sculpture from members of the congregation.
