The Victor is an 11-story luxury apartment building containing 286 units, two roof top lounges, and over 17,000 square feet of retail space. Copley Wolff Design Group’s scope of work includes the streetscape and the 5,367-square-foot roof terrace located on the fifth floor. The streetscape materials include dark ironspot pavers, granite planter walls, and trees planted in cast iron grates. The tree locations were dictated by the building footings extending under the sidewalk as well as the CA/T tunnel below the building.
The roof terrace design includes a custom IPE wood and steel trellis, cast concrete seat walls, a stone dust connector path, and a double row of Caliper Red Maple trees. The terrace is illuminated at night with LED uplights and additional lighting concealed within the IPE trellis.
