The University constructed a new state-of-the-art 188,000-square-foot Recreation Center. Copley Wolff Design Group’s scope of work includes universal accessibility, streetscape design, and improved connections to the Copley Wolff-designed Business School Quad. A stepped lawn with seasonal plantings and shade trees and structural granite steps with unique seating elements will provide outdoor spaces for students and faculty to sit and gather.
The landscape incorporates sustainable design elements such as bio-swales, permeable paving, native plant materials, bicycle racks, and a designated area for a potential bike share program.
