The new mixed-use complex will be comprised of a hotel, labs, offices, residential units, restaurants, and retail spaces. XMBLY will be a gateway to the adjacent Assembly Row and Assembly Square developments and offer residents and office tenants accessibility via the highway and the MBTA’s Orange line station.
Copley Wolff Design Group is designing a one-acre open green space located at the center of the development. The signature park will include public art, a custom pergola, a festival street, play lawn, outdoor technology space, signature rain garden, filtration grove, linear plaza, streetscapes, and multiple roof terraces.
