The new seven-story, mixed-use transit-oriented development is located on Revere Beach and includes 305 units with shared amenities and retail offerings. Copley Wolff worked with the architect on the design of two amenity roof decks and an outdoor dining terrace. The dining space, designed for the restaurant located on the third level, fronts the community plaza shared with the adjacent MBTA train station. It is comprised of decorative precast unit pavers patterned to integrate with the elevated pedestrian walkway that connects the train station to the Revere Beach promenade.
