Copley Wolff’s design of the roof deck office space at 75 State Street revamps and accentuates the original design by promoting co-working while adding a flare for modern amenities.
The installation of low sedums and a variety of strategic plantings in conjunction with maintaining existing trees and perimeter plantings serve as maintainable yet beautiful roof level landscape. Catenary lighting, electronic charging stations, a synthetic turf gaming area, maneuverable shade structure, and media wall are a few of the recent improvements made to serve the need for a relaxing work atmosphere while extending the life of the roof deck from daytime co-working to nighttime social gatherings and events.
