The site of the old Boston Garden has become a new mixed-use community with a residential tower, office tower, retail space, restaurants, a hotel, and outdoor green space.
Copley Wolff’s scope of work for the residential tower, located at the west end of the Boston Garden development podium, includes the design and documentation of three outdoor rooftop amenity spaces.
A dog-deck on level four of the tower serves as a social zone for pets and their owners. It offers boulders, play elements, turf grass, and seating areas for pet owners. The main residential outdoor amenity space is located on level 15 and consists of a large open lawn, a pergola with outdoor kitchen and dining spaces, and an informal gathering area. An outdoor swimming pool deck, located on the 38th floor, offers seating and lounging areas as well as two semi private cabana spaces at each end of the pool.
