Created by artist Harry Weber, The Bear - a monumental sculpture commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Boston Bruins - stands 6 feet tall, is 10 feel long, and weighs more than 3,500 pounds. The Copley Wolff team designed the custom plinth and improvements to the surrounding Portal Park, directly adjacent to TD Garden. This project is the latest chapter Copley Wolff’s relationship with TD Garden, having served as landscape architects for the complexes major renovation completed in 2019.
