As part of an effort to create more community-oriented housing in the Fenway area, Copley Wolff designed a public realm at the street level that focuses on the pedestrian experience through custom planters with built-in seating and a raised bike lane separated from vehicular traffic. The project also includes an amenity terrace where residents can socialize, cook, and gain respite among opulent planting. Additionally, the scope includes green roof planting at the third and fourteenth levels.
