Bunker Hill Housing breaks ground in Charlestown!

Team members Jen Martel, Andrew Louw, Michael MacNulty, and Andrew Arbaugh were incredibly excited to join Boston Mayor Michelle Wu at the groundbreaking for Building M - the first phase of the redevelopment effort at Bunker Hill Housing in Charlestown.

Upon completion, Bunker Hill will be a mixed-income community which will provide almost 2,700 units of housing including 1,100 affordable units. The neighborhood is anticipated to be the largest passive house community in North America. Congratulations to Leggat McCall Properties, the Boston Housing Authority, Stantec, and everyone else involved in this amazing project!
