Supporting Community Visioning

By Andrew Arbaugh

At Copley Wolff, we work closely with communities to shape places that are resilient, strategic, and deeply connected to local needs. This commitment was on full display as Andrew Arbaugh participated in the ULI Boston/New England Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) for the former Farren Hospital site in Montague, Massachusetts.

On March 10, 2026, industry experts convened at the Shea Theater Arts Center after a full-day TAP session, culminating in a public presentation of findings and recommendations for the site’s future. The TAP was sponsored by the Massachusetts Housing Partnership and aimed to help the Town of Montague evaluate redevelopment options that balance community goals with economic feasibility.

During the public presentation, Andrew offered insight into how the site could support both housing and community-oriented uses. As reported in local media coverage, he emphasized the importance of creating a true center for Montague.
