The Watertown Housing Authority (WHA) recently announced that they will be partnering with the Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) to redevelop the state funded affordable housing community in East Watertown.

Copley Wolff was part of the design team, lead by MASS Design Group, which prepared the winning proposal. Copley Wolff is currently supervising landscape construction on the first phase of the Clarendon Hill Redevelopment in Somerville, MA - a project they have been collaborating on with POAH since 2017.
