Copley Wolff led the landscape architecture Master Plan for Faneuil Gardens, a transformative redevelopment of a Boston Housing Authority community. The existing 1940s-era public housing complex, spanning 7.5 acres, is being reimagined as a vibrant, mixed-income village with high-quality affordable housing, artist live-work spaces, and a new community center at its core.

The plan dedicates 3.75 acres to open space, shaped through an inclusive and robust community engagement process. Residents voiced priorities around connectivity, inclusivity, resilience, and opportunities for gathering.

Phase 1 of the redevelopment is currently underway.
