Amaya marks the first completed residential building within Phase One of the Suffolk Downs redevelopment, a transformative, multi-decade mixed-use master plan reimagining a 161-acre former horse racing site in Revere, Massachusetts. As an early anchor in this new neighborhood, the project establishes the tone for future development, blending urban living with thoughtfully designed open space.

Two distinct courtyards offer complementary experiences. An active courtyard supports recreation and social interaction with lawn areas, a “Shred Shed” fitness area, and a pool. A passive courtyard is defined by organic forms, layered plantings, and private patio spaces. Shared amenities include grills, seating, and fire pits.
