Montshire Science Park

Copley Wolff partnered with the Montshire Museum of Science to extend the museum experience beyond its building and into the surrounding landscape through the creation of a two-acre Science Park.
The park integrates multiple functions into a cohesive outdoor landscape. Interactive exhibits engage visitors with water, light, sound, and other natural phenomena, while an amphitheater supports programs ranging from concerts to educational talks. The design also helps orient visitors to the broader site, guiding them along paths that connect to trails through meadows, forests, and wetlands. A new tunnel beneath an existing railroad provides safe access to the riverfront, expanding opportunities for exploration.
