The project involved the design and development of a 12-story mixed-use building consisting of 310 luxury apartments, retail space, and a parking garage. Copley Wolff provided landscape design services for the streetscape, an amenity roof deck located on the third floor, and a roof level pool terrace.
The street level design incorporates design detailing used in the Central Artery Surface Restoration project located adjacent to the project site. The pool, located on the roof terrace, is on a raised platform with a wood stair and ramp access from two semi-circular patios flanked on either side. The patios contain landscape mounds, café seating, lounge furniture, a gas fireplace, a pergola, and a large wall dedicated to movie projection. The entire space is surrounded by native plantings and a contemporary glass railing with accent lighting. The third floor amenity deck includes rolling landscape mounds planted with ornamental grasses, private nooks with landscape lighting, grilling stations, and a custom designed feature wall made of recycled composite deck material.
