Ora Seaport is a mixed-use development comprised of two buildings containing a mix of apartments, a hotel, incubator office space, and restaurants and retail shops. Copley Wolff designed a residential roof deck, a public podium terrace, an urban plaza/drive court, and the streetscape.
The residential and hotel buildings are organized around the plaza, which acts as an entrance to the new development and allows pedestrian access through the site. The elevated terrace includes green space, dining and landscaped lounge areas and is surrounded by private patios.
The design of the pool deck provides residents with an outdoor “room” with decorative aluminum screens, a series of cabanas, flexible furniture, a porcelain tiled outdoor fireplace, entertainment media walls, grills, a wet bar and an extensive green roof planting system.
