Copley Wolff designed a 15,000-square-foot landscape amenity terrace and front entry for this new 15-story residential tower located along the Green Line Extension near Lechmere Station.
The terrace, located on the second floor, encompasses two dining areas - each with a grilling station, television, refrigerator, and sink and counter space for food preparation. A tear drop shaped pergola provides shade over the western dining terrace while the eastern terrace has an open-air ceiling accented with stainless steel cables to offer support for catenary lighting. In addition, a sculptural stone fountain is surrounded by a circular concrete seat wall.
The design of the front entry contains brick paving and concrete seatwalls and the seasonal planting coincides with the amenity terrace.
