“This project nicely incorporates the program of private development with the requirements of an accessible waterfront by gently articulating between private and public realms.” - Jury Comment

Copley Wolff is honored to be the recipient of a 2024 Merit Award for Design from the Boston Society of Landscape Architects for The Mark.

The submission, titled “Relinking the East Boston Waterfront” details this resillient waterfront project which linked an important piece of the East Boston Harborwalk while creating significant publicly-accessible open space as part of a multi-family housing development.

Congratulations to our Copley Wolff team and innovative development and design partners!
